During Live streams, comments are essential for real-time engagement. When they stop loading, you miss crucial viewer interaction. This guide provides quick fixes specifically for Irish users and works globally.

Fix 1: Check Your Internet Speed

Live comments require a stable, fast connection (minimum 5 Mbps for both uploading your stream and loading incoming comments). In Ireland, Eir, Vodafone, and Three coverage can vary. Check your upload speed at fast.com. If below 5 Mbps, move to a better signal area or switch to broadband.

Fix 2: Restart the Live Stream

End your current Live stream and immediately start a new one. Comment loading issues are sometimes tied to a specific Live session that didn’t initialize properly. A fresh stream typically resolves the issue.

Fix 3: Update Instagram
